About Us
Located in Slingsby, just 6 miles west of Malton, we are a trusted family-run business specialising in flat roofing solutions. With over 25 years’ experience, our owner Wayne Bates leads a skilled team dedicated to delivering high-quality roofing services for both domestic and commercial properties throughout the Ryedale and North Yorkshire area.
We take pride in completing projects efficiently, within budget, and with minimal disruption—always leaving your property clean and tidy. From small repairs and roof replacements to new installations, we work with all types of flat roofs.
Photographic evidence before any work begins, as well as after completion ensures complete trust and peace of mind for our customers.
We are proud to be the only local licensed installer of EVALON® which is a superior single-ply membrane system from Alwitra®, supplied by UK distributor ICB Waterproofing Ltd. This seamless roofing solution, installed flame-free, is designed to last and comes with a 25-year guarantee, a proven 50-year service life, all backed by industry-recognised certifications.
